Get started and redeem your serial code
Set up your mat and phone, download an app, and start playing. Without signing in, you can play some of the basic content in each game on the mat. To unlock the full versions of all four games, sign in with a Google or Apple account and redeem your serial code in the app. This website has no accounts.

Step by step
Set up the mat and phone
Before first use, remove the battery pull tab from each sensor (see Instructions for Use). Lay the mat on a flat floor and set up your phone as the app shows. For most games, that's 1–3 m (3–10 ft) directly in front of the mat. Keep the microphone uncovered.
Download an app
Download any MotionPad app for free from the App Store or Google Play (coming soon). The first time you open it, read the welcome notes and tap Agree and continue, which means you agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Then allow microphone access as prompted. The app uses the microphone to pick up sounds from the mat.

Play without signing in
Next, a Google / Apple sign-in screen appears, and you can skip it for now. Without signing in or redeeming, you can play these on the mat. MotionPad Arcade: Cake Slice, Whack-a-Mole, and Fire Squad. MotionPuck: the first period of a Full Match. MotionParty: 5 Practice Mode mini-games (Chop Race; Fruit Sort; Red Light, Green Light; Pull the Turnip; and Firefly Relay). MotionSports: tennis singles against the computer. Games are played on the mat only; there's no touch-screen gameplay.
Sign in with Google or Apple
To unlock the full versions of all four games, sign in with your Google or Apple account in the app. If that account has already redeemed a serial code in another MotionPad app, signing in is all it takes. There's no need to redeem again.
Confirm the account to link
The screen shows the account your license will be linked to (for example, xxx@gmail.com). Once linked, it can't be changed, so make sure it's the account you plan to keep using.
Scan or enter your serial code
Scratch off the coating on your serial card, then scan its QR code or type in the 16-character serial code. Once the code is accepted, all four games unlock at once.
Where's my serial code?

Printed on the serial card in the box. Scratch off the coating to reveal the 16-character code and a QR code. Each code can be redeemed only once, and it never uses easily confused characters like 0/O or 1/I.
Treat your serial code like a key: anyone who has it can redeem it, so don't share photos of it.
After you redeem
No device limit
Sign in with the same account on another phone to play your unlocked games.
Play offline
Your license is stored on your phone and needs to re-verify online from time to time. When it's time to verify, the app just reminds you to connect. It won't delete your data.
Scores stay on your phone
Only when you generate an AI review and confirm is a stats summary of that game sent (without names). Before switching phones, export your scores in the app, then import them on your new phone.
Licenses can't be transferred
A license is tied to the account that redeemed it. Once linked, it can't be moved to another account, and it doesn't go with the mat. An account without a license can buy an Extra Account (Price TBA) in the app.
Trouble redeeming?
Check the FAQ first, or email service@genius-gh.com with proof of purchase, such as a receipt or invoice, so we can verify your purchase. If we need your serial code, we'll ask for it. Send it only to our support email, and never share it publicly.
