Licenses are tied to the account that redeemed them. They can't be transferred and don't go with the mat. If you have a mat but your account has no license (for example, a family member using their own account), you can purchase an Extra Account in any of the apps to unlock all four games.

How to redeem

  1. Find your serial card

    The serial card is in the box. Scratch off the coating to reveal the 16-character serial code and a QR code.

  2. Download an app

    Download any MotionPad app for free from the App Store or Google Play (coming soon). Without signing in, you can play some of the basic content in each game on the mat.

  3. Sign in and redeem

    Sign in with Google or Apple, confirm the account to link, and scan the QR code on your serial card or enter the 16-character serial code.

  4. Step on and play

    All four games unlock at once. Time to play with your feet.

Buying FAQ

What's in the bundle?
One 3×3 mat (its 8 sensors come with CR2032 batteries already installed), one serial card, and the Instructions for Use. See the mat page and the Instructions for Use for details.
How many phones can I play on with one serial code?
There's no device limit. Sign in with the same account, and every phone at home can play the unlocked games.
I have a mat, but my account has no license. What can I do?
The mat works as usual, and you can play some of the basic content in each game without signing in. Licenses are tied to the account that redeemed them and don't go with the mat. To unlock all four games on your own account, purchase an Extra Account (Price TBA) in any of the apps.
How do the warranty and returns work?
The hardware has a 6-month warranty (excluding user-caused damage). If you bought online, you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. After a return, the serial code is voided and any redeemed license is revoked. See Returns & Refunds for details.
